Kia ora Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
On Thursday the 5 December Room 3 would like to perform the Christmas story as a play. We will start dressing up at 11 and start the play when ready. You are invited to come and watch. We will be in Room 3.
The children will be able to choose an outfit and be part of the play.
Anne Steele is going to read a children’s version of the nativity story while the children dress up and act out the parts.
We will be singing a few Christmas songs as well.
The children will be taught that this is what some families believe and why we celebrate Christmas.
Anne will give each child the story as a little booklet to take home.
